Discount Tire

Everyone at this store was amazing! Ben & Troy were sweethearts. I overheard the service manager talking to a lady and she was sweet with her too. I was driving through on vacation and got a flat. They took care of me so quickly! Don't ever go with another company, they lie about their "nationwide coverage." Discount Tire, has taken care of me every single time, and it's consistent nationwide!

Awesome staff and management team here. I purchased new tires from this location and a one small issue with a valve stem, I called them to inform them that there was a issue with one of the TPMS sensors. They told me no matter whatever it took to make it right that my satisfaction was the number 1 priority and asked me to come back to the store at my convenience. When I arrived I was welcomed at the door by Troy who asked if it was okay if he could pull the car back in the shop and personally look at it himself and fix the issue at no charge and offered me a refreshment while I waited. In less than 10 minutes he pulled the car out of the shop and parked it only a few feet from the entrance with the car running, the AC on and the problem fixed. Thanks Troy for the outstanding service you gave me, I will use these guys for my next set of tires I buy, and would highly recommend them If you need tires for whatever you drive.

I had tires put on my Mercedes today. This store is the best. They also installed tires on my motorhome. The service, the price, nobody could beat this store. Thank you The winecellarguy

I luckily had a flat just up the road from this Discount Tire location. It was the closest tire shop from me so drove my hobbled truck there as I could not break my lug nuts loose on my tire. One of the technicians greeted me before I got parked as another of his associates introduced himself clip board in hand to assess my issue. Being very thorough he noticed that another one of my other tires was getting ready to leave me on the side of the road. I had just bought the vehicle and it did not have a good spare tire and I could afford only 1 tire at the price I was quoted. The Staff worked diligently and came up with a solution that allowed me to purchase the second tire making my vehicle safe without tapping my bank account. I have had and driven vehicles for over 30 years and have never experienced this level of customer service or felt the level of concern displayed for my general safety when driving my vehicle before in all that time. I plan on telling the whole world about it and would recommend Discount Tire to anyone seeking general service for their vehicles. You couldn’t tell by the length of this message, but I was almost speechless. Thank you guys so much for this pleasa

My wife hit a pothole causing her tire to blow. It was closing time when we pulled in fully willing to leave it. Troy was like nope I’ll get it done now. He gave us water and was beyond polite. This was a level of customer service that I’ve not experienced in many years. Thanks Troy you truly are one of a kind!
